Greetings everyone, and welcome to Mighty Line Minute! We're here at the show for Sherwin-Williams Company, at Orlando Florida's Gaylord Palm Center.
I've got Lisa Shefsky with Crescent Bronze Metallics. She's our neighbor to our Mighty Line booth, and I thought I'd tell you a little bit about metallic paints, but let's hear it from the person who knows all about this. How are you doing, Lisa?
I'm good. Thank you, Dave, for having us.
It's great to have you as a neighbor here. Crescent Bronze is part of the APN Family of Specialty Coatings. Crescent Bronze has been around since 1922, featuring metallic paints, pigments, and paste.
Wow. So, you've been a supplier to Sherwin for quite a while then?
For quite a while now. We offer real metallic paints, unlike some of our competitors that have metallic effects.
Yes, ours are real metal. So, it makes it extra special as far as giving them pop, what people are looking for.
Yes!
And we are boldly wicked introducing a brand new color line!
Is the color line including something special about your outfit here today?
Yes, it is. Like I said, we are promoting our colors to be boldly wicked.
They are featured in the film industry. They are featured at Disney, many entertainment venues. I never
thought about entertainment. I'm myself looking for a sign for a church and looking for some gold paint and you're very helpful in guiding me on that. But, what does the entertainment industry use these colors for?
I would say many times for film sets. It's a shame that you know, they're only on for a short period of time, but maybe one of the most noteworthy films is "Frozen." Anna and Elsa's boots are done with Crescent Bronze fire and ice pigments!
Annie and Elsa's boots? (Boots). And tell me again what specific color that is?
That is our "Diamond Ice" and our "Sapphire Ice" that are on Anna and Elsa's boots. So, if you go to Norway at Epcot (Wow!) you will see our product sparkling bright!
I hope you get to those locations too, when the product is used.
It's always fun to come visit and see our product in action.
So what's new in your product line in the future ?
Wild ideas for color?
Oh, well, I would say imagination is us. So come talk to us. We can make your dreams come true.
Okay! Well you heard it from Lisa herself. So, folks come take a look at Crescent Bronze if you're at the show, and beyond that, you'll be able to find them at your website. Which is CrescentBronze.com.
CrescentBronze.com. Thanks so much, Lisa, for talking to us today, and we'll see you again on another issue of Mighty Line Minute.
Sounds good. Thanks Dave.
