Greetings everyone, this is Dave with Mighty Line Minute! And I'm with Frank Pizarro, who's the Founder of the Firefighter Memorial Transport. Let's introduce him right now.

Hey Frank. How you doing today? Glad to have you aboard Mighty Line Minute!

How you doing, Dave?

Oh, I'm doing awesome. More importantly, what is it that you do that's unique? I was drawn to your booth here immediately when I saw that you're serving those who've served.

Well, I'm a 911 First Responder, and I was down there that day, and I incurred some injuries and I moved out to Las Vegas. And I started this fantastic nonprofit called Firefighter Memorial Transport. And what we do is we honor our fallen heroes, whether they be fire, police, or military, and we do for their families. We carry their remains in procession. We also do for their surrounding communities, whether there be coat drives, food drives, we give scholarships to their children. And, that's what we do.

Wonderful. Boy, that's a real honor, the service that you're providing there to people. I believe it was you that actually sang the national anthem here at the NFPA Show this 2025 year. Is that true?

It is, Dave! This is the second year in a row that they've asked me to come out and it's always been an honor.

Where'd you get those pipes?

Mom and Dad.

We gotta give them some credit. So, have you got a case history or story you can tell us about, specifically how someone was helped with what you're doing?

Well, what happens is usually if you're actually active, whether they be fire, police or military, the job usually takes care of them. But, once you get out, whether 5, 10, 15 years, 20 years later, you're kind of forgotten a little bit. So, what we try to do is we try to honor those who served and give them the honor that they deserve. We also do, for nationwide, financial help to the families of fallen heroes.

Wow. that's a wonderful cause that you're involved in. I'm sure our listeners will be more interested in how they can help. Is there a way that they could support the organization that you could speak to?

Absolutely. They could go to FireFighterMemorialTransport.org and you can hit the donate button, and there's several ways that you can donate. Or you can send a check to that address on the contact tab. And, whether it be small or large, everything is greatly appreciated, and every dime goes to help their families. Everybody on staff is on a voluntary basis, so every dime will go to our service.

Well, that's wonderful. We'll make sure to get the word out. And again, for those who are interested it's FireFighterMemorialTransport.org. And there's also a phone number that's in this video that I'll put on so folks can learn how to reach out if they needed to reach you directly. Thanks so much, and thank you for what you're doing what you've done to serve our country.

Thank you, Dave, and help us spread the word. I appreciate you.

We will do that. Take care.

Bye-bye.
