Werner Co.: Ohh! Werner Fall Protection Demo! Check it out, guys. So, today we'll be showcasing (Yep, good) Werner Fall Protection and why it is so important to have a Werner harness, right, with Chair In The Air. So when I'm talking Chair In The Air, I'm talking about suspension relief, right? Chris had mentioned everybody in the fall protection market, besides Werner, has to rely on what Jason's about to undo, called trauma straps.
So, trauma straps are a form of suspense relief. While someone is hanging from a fall, circulation's being cut off to the rest of their body. You need either a rescue, or you need a form of suspension relief. So right now, trauma straps, that's what everyone has to use, right? So, Jason's gonna demonstrate how to get into trauma straps first.
Get into his, about his knee length. He's trying to create a loop to stand in, right? Clock is ticking. When we're talking about seconds that matter to get rescued, or to get in suspension relief, this is a system that kind of takes minutes to do, right? So, Jason's gonna step in there. He's gonna create that relief in pressure. And that's trauma straps.
That's what currently everyone has to use. Now I want you to know why Werner Fall Protection stands out, and this is what we call Chair In The Air, right? So it's a patented technology. 14 years ago we came to market with this, and it's been built in every single harness we've ever made in the last 14 years.
It'll have Chair In The Air or better ...
Dave: What are we showing here?
Ariat Int'l: So, the vents, this is our VentTEK originally that we sell today. Just try to release some of the heat off of the boot because it gets hot, right? (Okay). And then we put Outlast on the inside of the boot, which is the same fabric they use for the NASA suits. It's just cool to touch.
Dave: Oh, great.
Ariat Int'l: And then we put the vents up top to try to draw out the heat.
Dave: Hey, CJ. How you doing today?
CJ: I'm doing well.
Dave: Hey, tell me a little bit about Murphy's Law Safety Advisors and what you guys do.
CJ: Absolutely! So I'm a safety professional at heart. We started off on the entertainment side for entertainment building the safety and risk management industries for Las Vegas. I actually, my claim to fame was, unfortunately the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting and a lot of the post-event and club public assemblies that came out of that. We originally had to build this organization more to help champion the safety professional role because unfortunately, while a lot of that industry was built, once COVID happened, a lot of those lanes kinda disappeared.
So we built the Murphy's Law Safety initially starting out to kind of be the advisor to the safety professional, where if you have, say, that CEO or that legal professional that you're really getting hard-balled with and you need to push something over, that you need to have that data or that written program to try to help validate that. We were that safety professional's arm to kind of get them that data or that extra leverage.
Dave: It sounds like you've got a unique approach. Confidence building is what I'm hearing.
CJ: Absolutely. So what we originally wanted to do was to build the safety professional role and kind of become that catalyst and that tool for where there isn't congregated into one unique system.
Dave: So you developed the software yourself?
CJ: I did. (Cool). So again and again, I'm a safety, safety professional first. I'm not a computer programmer. (Yeah). The reason I throw that out there is, I'm sure you've walked the software row before (Oh, yeah) and you've seen where you have multiple things, where you buy one software and you still have to have 100 other softwares to get what you actually really need, (Yep) ... or you're paying extra for the users, or you're paying extra for the onboarding. So, we intentionally designed this where it's all-inclusive for safety professionals specifically.
Dave: Okay. And how do people reach you?
CJ: They can go to murphyslawsafety.com
Dave: Perfect. Thanks for the rundown, CJ.
CJ: Thank you for having us. Good talking with you.
Dave: You have a great day.
CJ: Bye.
Dave: I've got the CEO, Neeraj Gupta, of iEnergy. Let's have a few words with him. So welcome to the show. What's new with what do you do?
Neeraj: Yeah. Okay. So thank you, Dave, for dropping by here. So, I'm representing iEnergy, and we provide end-to-end safety data management and analytic solutions for managing the workforce, managing the machine, and managing the EHS workflows.
That helps you monitor your incidents around the plants -- your audits, your inspections, occupational health. So, all the data in one place where you can build an integrated EHS ecosystem for your organization.
Dave: Can you show us an example on the computer of what you do?
Neeraj: Yeah. Yes. So here I would like to show you my platform.
Here you can monitor the workers in different part of the, the plant and how many compliances are they meeting. And then similarly, you can monitor the machines as well, where you can monitor the productivity of the machine. You can monitor the utilization of the machine, and in addition, this is our safety platform, which you can use to monitor, record incidents, and then manage the workflow.
It is a very comprehensive module where there are different sections are there for managing your audits, your inspections. Everything is there. So it is-
Dave: So you can create charts, based upon the data that you collect?
Neeraj: Right. Right. Right. So lot of analysis is here. You can create a lot of slicing and dicing of the data.
So there, I can show you. So, you can play with the data, play with the statistics. And also, apart from this, we have an AI module where you can do the search from the unstructured data that your people have entered, and you can generate custom queries from the data to find out where you need to focus more.
So it is a-
Dave: So you can just ask questions and it'll provide you the data off of what your question is?
Neeraj: Right. It will provide you the reasoning behind that, and how you can make it better. What kind of hidden information is there. It is like looking for the needle in the haystack.
Dave: Does this work well for a global company operating in different countries?
Neeraj: Yes, yes. Definitely. The more the company, the more the data, the more the use case for the AI.
Dave: And what about risk assessment? Are you able to do risk assessment?
Neeraj: Yes, we do have a platform called Avalanche, which is for monitoring and managing the risk mitigation.
Dave: And that's Avalanche?
Yeah. That is the name of our product.
(Cool).
Neeraj: So basically, it helps you evaluate the risk-
Dave: (Okay)
Neeraj: and then create a mitigation plan, and also monitor the effectiveness of that.
Dave: Can you manage change, like management of change?
Neeraj: Yeah, yeah. So MOC is part of that. It is part of our Net Zero platform, which is our EHS platform.
So it helps you monitor the MOC and the process for creating a change. When you want to make some changes, you will create some workflow on it, how do you approve that, and how do you navigate that.
Dave: That's wonderful. We'll take a look at it, and if there's some other information that we can get, where do we reach you?
Neeraj: So, we have our website: iEnergy.ai
Dave: Okay.
Neeraj: Or otherwise, this is our card. We have an office entity in Seattle in US. You can reach out to us here: iENERGY.ai
Dave: Thanks for joining us today on Mighty Line Minute. We hope to see you in New Orleans at ASSP's 2027 PDC. Stay safe, and learn more about how we can be of help to you at MightyLineTape.com.
