Greetings everyone. This is Dave with Mighty Line Minute. Today, I'm with Brandon Petri. He's our Warehouse Associate, one of our newest members at Mighty Line. How you doing there, Brandon?

It's great to be here with you this morning, Dave. Good. What's up? Man, it's been a great morning so far. Got my coffee. How's your day going?

Oh , it's going great.

So Brandon, what do you do here at Mighty Line?

Hey, anything that's asked of me. I'd like to think I bring the vibes up, but answer doors, ship some orders, load some trucks, you name it. All over the place. 

You know, I think vibes is what we're all about, so what kind of vibes are you bringing to the workplace? 

Gotta bring some positivity. That's, any day I can bring positivity is a good day to me. 

Well, I think the product itself is one of those positive products, so what's your idea of positivity in the workplace these days? 

Just keeping everybody happy. You know, making sure everybody's on the same page, on the same team, and pushing towards a common goal.

You know, that's great because, I once heard that we're not here to make people happy. Is that true? 

I don't know about that. We seem to be making a lot of people happy (Yeah). That's hard to say.

Well, I know we're making a lot of customers happy with what we do. What have you learned about manufacturing?

Worked in the manufacturing environment a long time. I've learned a lot about it, but here it's nice to supply people that are the manufacturers and make their day-to-day a lot easier.

Yeah. What's great about this product?

 Oh, durability, honestly. Constant demand. A lot of people want it. A lot of variety!

We got some serious caution tape here (Cool stuff). Serious stuff. You know, we could put it on the floor, outline an employee that went down, you name it (Yeah). Anything we can do with this (Yeah). You know, notify the people that you gotta be aware when you're in this area.

Yeah, you gotta stripe off the area if someone gets hurt, that's for sure.

Of course. And, this is probably my favorite so far (Ooh, look at that)! Orange is my favorite color, you know (Yeah). We got the orange and black, ready for Halloween. You know (Yeah) ... you wanna decorate your warehouse, your manufacturing environment. Maybe make a haunted house, who knows?

You know, I didn't think about that. I'm sure that we've sold some to haunted houses around the Cleveland area here. 

What better place for it? 

Yeah (Mm-hmm). So what do you do in your spare time?

Mostly, stand-up comedy. That's my gig ( Yeah). Don't have a lot of free time.

Well, you know, when you see that on a resume, gotta hire that guy, so.

I'm a vibes hire.

Yeah, but how do we keep humor in the workplace without insulting everyone?

Oh, you just gotta walk a fine line. Good thing we're The Mighty Line. 

Yeah. Well, you could probably rattle off a little rap, or a poem, I suppose, right?

 Oh, yeah, slam poetry and gangster rap, of course, are my two other specialties and hobbies.
